This is the second time I have used Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar. We had Gene arrive at our home. We have been having issues with the heater to where it short cycles, never reaching the set temp. Gene was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He explained what he was doing, and what the outcome should be by his actions. Today the heater made it to the desired temp and has not short cycled. Thank you again Gene and Valley Heating, Cooling, Electrical and Solar. On a routine inspection, the Valley Heating tech found the old furnace was producing CO and told us not to use it. PG&E confirmed and disconnected the furnace. The furnace was an obsolete design, and they found the last remaining one around and installed it quickly with no hassles. Excellent all around service.
New problem solved: other furnace not working. Technician arrived on time and fixed issue at no charge.
