Great Service!
2022: 5 stars for the initial installation. 2025: went down to 2 then back to 5. Recently during remodeling of our home, the AC was disconnected and reconnected. The day after the technicians' visit, I checked the blower wasn't working, reported to the company, and they diagnosed a blower failure but still charged a diagnostic fee, which means I am paying for the incompetence of the technician to notice the blower's failure. The company did agree to waive this fee after the initial review update, so great service!

We called because our A/C was not turning on. They identified it quickly as a blown fuse from a filter being clogged. They barely charged us because it took them less than an hour.
