Wow, just wow. I was worried that my non-functioning air conditioning would be an expensive fix, as it is about 20 years old. Of course, it went out over the Labor Day holiday. I made an appointment online, and then the staff was able to do it a day earlier! Nice! Then, I received texts and emails (that I had signed up for) beforehand; close to the appointment, I was sent a photograph of the technician and an overview of his professional and personal background. I truly appreciated that extra info and effort by the company. Next, when Arnel arrived, he quickly went to work and diagnosed what turned out to be a rarer issue (no blown breaker or that kind of thing); the wiring connection between the thermostat and the furnace/fan unit (AC is outside) wasn't connecting. Likely, the wiring just had a problem; the wiring is over 45 years old! When I heard that, I was expecting a high quote to fix: not so! Arnel called a colleague, and then they rewired it (we moved the thermostat to a new location to have a shorter, easier wiring path; otherwise, going through floor spaces, etc.). I'm quite happy with the work and where my thermostat is now! They patched the hole from the prior location; we tested out both cooling and heating. And for a wonderful price, and I have to admit, less than I expected these days. Made my day start off incredibly well! Awesome company and staff.

Extremely Tidy Install
I had two ductless Mitsubishi F-series mini-split wall units installed by Valley with a single outdoor unit in May 2025. Although there were some sloppy hiccups on the first day of install, Valley listened to my feedback and brought out some real star power on the second and final day of install with Cristian and Leo. These guys didn't just fix the problems, they went above and beyond with some true install artistry that MORE than made up for the hiccups. They were extremely communicative and very responsive to some of the unique needs of the install, with a great attention to detail that for me is what really separates the best from the rest. I ended up with an extremely tidy install. Valley was a little more expensive than two other quotes I received (even with the 25% spring discount they offered) but with guys like Cristian and Leo on the job, absolutely worth every penny and then some. Thanks for coming through for me, Valley!!

Happy with their professional work
I live in a senior condo and HOA's approval for my Mitsubishi heat pump took 1 1/2 months. I have great communication with Valley Heating and they frequently checked the status of approval. The project manager, Milton, takes care of the outdoor unit noise insulation required by HOA and makes sure all work is done to my satisfaction. It took 3 1/2 days to finish the installation of the heat pump. I'm very happy with their professional work.

Valley Heating and Cooling just finished installing a new heater and AC in our home. The technicians who did the work were very professional in their work ethic. Guttierez (and his assistant) who were here on Day 1 went about doing their work quietly and assiduously. And Juan, who joined Guttierez on days 2-3, also was very methodical in his work, explained clearly how the system works. All in all, they completed the work in the allotted time.
