They come in to check the furnace and the AC once a year in March. They have been good so far. Since, I have terrible allergies, I spoke to them before I could get the furnace and the AC installed. So, they recommended some special filters on the furnace and a UV light on my central air conditioning system. It helped me tremendously and it was something that impressed me a lot. The person I spoke to said that at that time the UV light was just being developed and it would undoubtedly be available in a couple of years. They were very helpful. I used to pay them each time when they came in to check, but this year they suggested me to go in for the 5 year plan, as it was less expensive. I will definitely use their services in the future as well.

They were prompt. They came in and delivered the type of equipment they said they were going to do and hooked it up. They had to then follow up with some inspection, and they came back and installed what our city requested at no extra cost to us. We were pleased with that. Their workmanship was good.
