Schedule an Appointment for your Home or Business
When you submit the information below, an Old Fashioned Service Representative will contact you either by phone or email Monday through Friday, excluding holidays closures*, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule your appointment per your request. Also, if you are a landlord in need of our service, for your convenience, we are happy to contact your tenant to schedule an appointment. All you need to do is provide the information below.
If this is an emergency, please call us at 408-294-6290, or 650-322-8145. We have a 24 hour answering service after hours, weekends, and holidays. An on-call technician is available for Holiday and after hour emergency service for our maintenance plan members and warranty clients.
*Holiday closures are when any of the listed holidays fall on a Monday through Friday: Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and when applicable the day before or after Christmas, and New Years. When in doubt, please contact our office prior to submitting a request if the request requires an immediate response.
