As a home and business owner, I know how important reliability, expert advice, quality work and customer service are to me when I hire a contractor.  Knowing this, my goal is to provide a level of service that goes beyond normal expectations for our day and age.  Our motto,  The Home of Old Fashioned Service, is something our parents routinely received, but unfortunately,  is not something we experience that often today.  At Valley, we treat folks like we want to be treated and when you call us, you will actually talk to a live person!   We take pride in what we do and we are here to make a difference - to continue a 50 year tradition of providing Old Fashioned Service to our residential and commercial clientele every day.  Our entire team can’t wait to show you the difference great service can make.   We all look forward to serving your heating, cooling, electrical, solar and above all, “comfort” needs, now and for years more to come.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.  “We knew we had scored when the crew showed up.”  “It was Nordstrom® service from the get go. We got multiple bids, of course. But other companies simply didn’t listen, or seem to care about our needs. They wanted to install fastest/cheapest.  Valley really took the time to listen, and worked hard to design exactly what we wanted. And, they did so with no extra charges (which the other companies wanted to add). “They went the extra mile in so many ways”  “Their response time was fast. We live up in the hills, so we expected to have to wait. Not so with Valley. And each time they came they were on time – complete, meticulous professionals.  Every day, they vacuumed and dusted! The last day of the install was in the midst of a heat wave, and the chief installer stayed until 7:30 PM to make sure everything was buttoned down.  “Knowledge made an amazing difference”  “Our installation wasn’t easy – two variable speed furnaces, two air conditioners, and complete ductwork for the upstairs. But their people treated our home as if it were theirs, right down to the screws. They clearly had far more knowledge than their competition, and it showed. We have nothing but good things to say about their quality and service. “Hi, last week I had two furnaces and one air conditioning unit installed at my home.  The reason for this note is that I am pleasantly pleased how the entire job went down.  From my first call, visit by Rob Minor and the installation by Robert, all went like clock work.  The first sale call was informative without arm twisting.  He just gave me the facts and cost; and on the subsequent visit, we signed the paper as on the previously agreed proposal.  On the day of the installation, Robert and his partner arrived on the agreed time and proceeded to do their thing.  They carefully covered the floors with tarps and proceeded with demolition without waking the sleeping granddaughter.  From time to time, I would observe their work and I was impressed.  They did it work quickly and always cleaned afterwards.  As I stated previously, the project went like clockwork.

“Greetings, I recently undertook a project to convert my wood burning stove to NG.  Rob Minor suggested oderustic glass instead of fire logs.  I had no idea there was an alternative to the same ol’ kinda lame fire logs.  Anyway, Marcos did the quality gas line install and did an excellent clean up.  I put in the glass bed and hooked up the burner.  The attached picture, due to the shutter speed of the camera, does not truly do justice to how cool the flame looks.  My wife thinks I am a genius. Valley Heating and Cooling replaced a component on my heater because it wasn’t functioning correctly.

They came out to diagnose the problem and made a repair. I thought they did it within a good timeframe and I thought the cost was acceptable. They were prompt, efficient, and honest. Everything turned out well and it works fine. We got them off of Angie’s List and they held up to my expectations. I didn’t shop around for pricing but it was fine to me.

Valley Heating and Cooling installed my current furnace and air conditioner few years back.

They come in to check the furnace and the AC once a year in March. They have been good so far. Since, I have terrible allergies, I spoke to them before I could get the furnace and the AC installed. So, they recommended some special filters on the furnace and a UV light on my central air conditioning system. It helped me tremendously and it was something that impressed me a lot. The person I spoke to said that at that time the UV light was just being developed and it would undoubtedly be available in a couple of years. They were very helpful. I used to pay them each time when they came in to check, but this year they suggested me to go in for the 5 year plan, as it was less expensive. I will definitely use their services in the future as well.

We had Valley Heating & Cooling remove and replace 2 furnaces for us 1 year ago. They also installed underneath our house new duct work for about 6 floor registers.

They were prompt. They came in and delivered the type of equipment they said they were going to do and hooked it up. They had to then follow up with some inspection, and they came back and installed what our city requested at no extra cost to us. We were pleased with that. Their workmanship was good. We will use them again in the future.
